What can you expect from our hiring process?
While there may be slight variations depending on the role and level of seniority, our hiring process usually follows the steps below:
First Interview
Video call (approx. 45 minutes) with the Talent Acquisition Manager and your future line manager.
Second Interview
In-person interview (60 minutes) with the line manager and a team member with relevant expertise, or with two managers.
Informal introduction
Meet a team member and get a feel for the way the team works together, as well as the team culture.
Decision
We will inform you of the decision promptly and, if applicable, send you an offer.
