Lightweight mounting system for low-slope trapezoidal sheet metal roofs – Alumero EasyBRIDGE Tilt Trapezoidal Sheet Metal Bridge 2.1 Plus, length 400 mm
With the Alumero EasyBRIDGE Tilt Trapezoidal Sheet Bridge 2.1 Plus lightweight mounting system, length 400 mm, the module tilt can be increased by 5–7° (depending on the module arrangement). On roofs with only a slight pitch, this can significantly increase the yield and the self-cleaning effect of the modules. The raised installation results in greater row spacing. The trapezoidal sheet metal lightweight mounting system is based on a reinforced version of the tried-and-tested Alumero trapezoidal sheet metal rail, 400 mm in length. Thanks to special screws, fastening is carried out without pre-drilling and without producing chips – including screws and bonded EPDM seal.
The additional module tilt can only be set at the same angle as the roof pitch.
