The DEHN BCO ML2 BD 48 is a space-saving, modular combination arrester designed to protect a twin-core, earth-potential-free, symmetrical interface against lightning strikes and overvoltages. With a width of just 6 mm and push-in connection technology, it enables particularly compact and easy installation. The integrated LifeCheck arrester monitoring system with status indicator simplifies condition monitoring. Integrated signal isolation enables the signal circuit to be safely disconnected for maintenance purposes. The arrester is suitable for applications in the fields of information technology and measurement and control technology and can be used at interfaces 0 to 2 and higher in accordance with the lightning protection zone concept.
