Description
Enwitec transfer switch for 3 x SMA Sunny Island Pmax 35kW
In the event of a power cut, a backup power system safely disconnects the connected PV system and the consumer distribution network from the public grid whilst simultaneously providing the customer with a backup power supply.
This version, with a throughput capacity of 35 kW, allows three SMA ‘Sunny Island’ battery inverters to be connected, with grid disconnection always being 3-phase and all-pole. In addition, Enwitec develops and manufactures customised versions with higher throughput capacities and a wide range of other specifications.

- Inverter connection: 3 x SMA Sunny Island
- PV Inverter connection: indirect; PV inverters are connected to the domestic distribution board
- Prepared for PV generation meter: no (for systems larger than 10 kWp)
- Prepared for SMA Energy Meter or Home Manager 2.0
- True 120° phase-shifted substitute current
- All-pole grid disconnection
- Max. upstream fuse rating: 63 A
- Max. thermal power handling capacity: 35 kW
