The my-PV 3 kW screw-in heating element is the ideal solution for efficiently using surplus Solar power for hot water production or heating support. In combination with the AC•THOR, AC•THOR 9s or SOL•THOR power managers, the heating output is continuously regulated and optimally adapted to the available surplus PV power. Thanks to its 1½" standard thread, the heating rod can be easily integrated into fresh water and buffer tanks. The integrated temperature controller with rotary knob and the safety temperature limiter ensure safe and reliable operation. For applications above 90°C, variants without a thermostat but with external temperature control via a Power Manager are also available.
