The SMA backup solution for the Sunny Tripower Hybrid X is an automatic switch-over device between grid-connected and off-grid operation for three-phase households. In the event of a grid failure, the system safely disconnects the building from the electricity grid and supplies all connected loads with up to 63 A continuous current – fully automatically and without compromising on comfort. In grid-connected mode, the solution operates with zero Self-consumption and thus integrates energy-efficiently into the overall system. Available in four variants – as a 3-pole or 4-pole version, each as a compact kit for DIN-rail mounting or as a separate box for wall mounting – the backup solution can be flexibly integrated into both new installations and existing systems.
