Tech tip

• The external GoodWe Smart meter must be connected to the EzManager3000.

• A WiFi/LAN Kit 20 cybersecurity dongle (serial number starting with 721…) must be connected to the hybrid Inverter.

• Currently, only one device of each type is supported: grid-connected Inverter, hybrid Inverter, G2 EV charger or Heat pump.

• All configurations are carried out via the SEMS+ app.

• Dynamic electricity tariffs are supported in Germany, Austria, Sweden, the Netherlands, Belgium and Poland, amongst others. More countries, including Switzerland, will follow.

• The negative tariff function does not require an EzManager3000, but a Smart meter.

• ET Plus will be supported from April 2026.

• Parallel connection of supported products will be available shortly.

• Further functions and monitoring parameters will be available in the SEMS+ App 2.0.

Please note that some features will only become available later via firmware updates:

1.) ET+ compatibility from April 2026

2.) ESA 3-phase compatibility from April 2026

3.) HCA G2 compatibility from May 2026

4.) Combination of ET15-30 and ET G2 in a single system from April 2026

The GoodWe EzManager3000 for smart energy management

The EzManager3000 is the smart control centre for your home energy system. It seamlessly integrates solar energy, ESS, EV chargers, Heat pumps and conventional appliances via Shelly smart plugs. All devices are compatible with most GoodWe products and are managed via SEMS+, enabling effortless monitoring and control. By automatically connecting to electricity trading platforms, the integrated AI learns your energy generation and consumption patterns and forecasts them to adapt to dynamic tariffs, thereby achieving optimal solar efficiency – transforming data into real savings and reliable energy. With its simple setup and seamless integration, the EzManager3000 makes smart energy management easy and efficient for every household.

Some features of the EzManager3000 will only be available from April 2026 and can be added via a software update.
