Kostal & Dyness Commercial S – Complete PV and storage package for commercial premises
The Kostal & Dyness Commercial S is the compact entry-level solution for commercial premises wishing to combine a new PV system directly with a high-performance Battery storage system. The package combines the Kostal Piko CI 30 G2 Inverter with theInverter Kostal PLENTICORE BI 25 G3 and ten Dyness Stack 100 battery modules into a fully integrated solution with 48.6 kWh of usable storage capacity.
The Piko CI 30 G2 is a three-phase string inverter with an output of 30 kW and two independent MPP trackers, which efficiently utilises large PV roof areas and, thanks to its IP66 protection rating, is also suitable for outdoor installation. It is complemented by the PLENTICORE BI 25 G3, an AC-coupled battery Inverter with a charging and discharging capacity of 25 kW, which controls the storage system independently of the PV Inverter, thereby offering maximum flexibility in planning and for future expansion.
Ten Dyness Stack 100 battery modules are used for storage, stacked on a Battery Distribution Unit (BDU) including a base. Each module is based on safe lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) technology and provides a nominal capacity of 5.12 kWh; in total, 48.6 kWh of usable capacity is available. The modular stack concept allows for easy expansion and a space-saving, vertical installation.
With this combination, commercial customers can reduce their grid procurement costs through a high Self-consumption ratio, protect themselves against rising electricity prices and specifically reduce Peak loads during operations (peak shaving). All components are designed to work together, are easy to install and enable a future-proof, modular expansion of storage capacity.
