Enwitec switching device 1.0 SMA Sunny Island 1-phase
In the event of power failure, an alternative power system safely disconnects the connected PV system and the load distribution from the public power grid, whilst at the same time providing the customer with backup power supply.
The new ready-to-connect and pre-tested "Battery Backup Distribution" system from enwitec eliminates the time-consuming and cost-intensive DIY of the switching device. So far, the "switching device for battery backup distribution" ("BBD") from enwitec is the only product recommended in the SMA planning guide for use in the "flexible storage system". The "BBD" for the SMA "Flexible Storage System" exclusively uses components released by SMA and therefore forms the basis for maximum security of supply.
The standard variants with an output of 20KW allow feeding from an SMA "Sunny Island" battery inverter, whereby the grid separation is always 3-phase and all-pole. In addition, enwitec develops and produces customer-specific variants with higher outputs and various other requirements.
