GoodWe offers a free warranty extension to 10 years if a GoodWe Hybrid and a GoodWe Battery Storage are commissioned together in the period of 15 May – 14 Nov 2023. More information is available in the attached document in the Downloads tab.

We recommend participation in the GoodWe Plus training. The prerequisite for this is the creation of an installer account in the GoodWe SEMS portal.

The GoodWe ET Plus 16A series hybrid inverter is perfect for residential applications. With a high input current of 16A, it is compatible with modern high power modules. The inverter has an integrated switching device for backup power. This allows selected loads to continue to be supplied with emergency power in the event of a grid failure. The hybrid inverter is black-start capable and can recharge solar batteries. Additional loads such as wallboxes and heat pumps can be integrated via a programmable potential-free contact. If the GoodWe EV Charger is integrated, communication takes place via the SEMS portal.

A firmware update can be performed through the GoodWe service by using the ticket system. The second way to perform a firmware update is via the included Bluetooth dongle. Please note that the Bluetooth dongle cannot be paired directly with the smartphone. The pairing must be done via the setting in the SolarGo app. Further instructions can be found in the download area.
