Kostal PLENTICORE BI 25 G3 – Battery Inverter, 25 kW
The PLENTICORE BI 25 G3 is a high-performance battery Inverter suitable for use in applications ranging from single-family homes to commercial premises. As an all-in-one solution, it is compatible with various high-voltage batteries and, thanks to three flexibly configurable DC connections, is suitable for both new installations and the retrofitting of existing PV systems. Battery storage systems ranging from 5 to 230 kWh can be connected, ensuring the system remains scalable at all times. With a maximum efficiency of 98.3% (Bat2AC and AC2Bat), the PLENTICORE BI 25 G3 operates extremely efficiently and minimises conversion losses.
Via an external changeover device, it is capable of providing backup power, thus ensuring a reliable emergency power supply in the event of a fault. Standard integrated control interfaces such as EEBus, Modbus/Sunspec (TCP) and digital inputs for power limitation in accordance with Section 14a of the German Energy Act make it suitable for modern smart home and grid requirements. Commissioning is carried out conveniently via the display, a smartphone web browser or the Kostal Solar App; thanks to AutoUpdate, the device is always kept up to date with the latest software.
