Tech tip

The Eco differs from the EF35 in just one respect: the bracket thickness is 6 mm instead of 8.5 mm. Everything else remains the same – base plate 111 x 93 mm, 6 x Ø 9 mm perforations, quick-release mechanism 37–45, tightening torque 15 Nm, height adjustment 45–55 mm in the roof batten area and 30 mm in the rail area, tile overlap up to 95 mm – is identical. The flatter bracket is the reason to choose it: less flexing at the tile, less rework. Where high site loads are present, the EF35 with the stronger bracket is the right choice. Both hooks can be shimmed in 2.5 mm increments using the Uni shim plate (803606).

Alumero easyPITCH Roof Hook EF35 Eco

The EF35 Eco is the flatter version of the EF35: same base plate, same quick-release mechanism, same adjustability – but with a bracket measuring 6 mm instead of 8.5 mm. The lower bracket takes up less space within the roof tile, thereby significantly reducing the amount of bending required on the roof tile. It is made from EN AW 6005A-T6 aluminium with A2-70 stainless steel screws.
