Tech tip

The RSA33 and RSA40 differ only in the width of the bracket: 33 mm compared with 40 mm. Everything else is the same – base plate 105 x 88 mm, 8 x Ø 9 mm holes, quick-release fitting 37–45, tightening torque 15 Nm, height adjustment 39–51 mm in the roof batten area and 18 mm in the rail area, tile overlap up to 115 mm. Use the narrower 33 mm version if the tile leaves little space for the bracket. Compared to the EF35, this offers greater projection (115 mm instead of 95 mm), but less height adjustment on the rail (18 instead of 30 mm) – you can compensate for uneven battens using the Uni shim (803606) in 2.5 mm increments. From the manufacturer’s diagram: the parts must be connected via at least three teeth.

Alumero easyPITCH roof hook RSA33

The RSA33 is the narrower version of the RSA40: it has the same base plate and the same tile overlap length with an overlap of up to 115 mm, but a bracket that is 33 mm wide instead of 40 mm. It is adjustable in three positions and accommodates mounting rails 37 to 45 via a quick-release mechanism.
