The SmartFox 3 kW heating rod is the perfect solution for efficiently using surplus Solar power for hot water production or to support your heating system. In combination with a SmartFox energy manager and a suitable power controller, it enables stepless power control that makes optimum use of the available surplus PV energy. Thanks to the integrated thermostat and safety temperature limiter, it offers maximum operational safety. Its 6/4" standard thread allows for easy installation in standard storage tanks. The heating tubes, made of highly corrosion-resistant chromium-nickel steel with integrated insulation separation, ensure a long service life.
